Abstract: We will present the result of a detailed analysis of UV and 
optical emission line spectrum as well as the broad band continuum of the 
type II QSO SDSS J132419.88+053704.7. Three outflow components are 
identified. UV diagonsitic suggests suprising high density for two broad 
components. Both young and intermediate age stellar population is heavily 
reddened while the broad components are not. We will discuss the implication 
of these results.
