Abstract: The Baldwin Effect, describing the correlation between emission 
line equivalent widths and continuum luminosity, continues to be of interest 
as a clue to broad-line region structure and its underlying physics.  In this talk 
I will review recent results on the Baldwin Effect as seen in AGN ensembles
 as well as in individual objects (the \"intrinsic\" Baldwin Effect), and discuss 
their implications.
