We will present UV (some far-UV), optical and Spitzer mid-IR spectra for a sample of low-redshift quasars (z<0.4), compare their properties in different wavelength bands, especially between the UV and mid-IR. We will also discuss the possibility of a better way to estimate quasar bolometric luminosity, which is critical for obtaining Eddington accretion ratio.
