Abstract: Recent observations provide strong evidence for the BL Lacertae object 
OJ287 exhibiting a periodicity with a double structure in its optical flux variations.
Here we suggest a new model,it can not only explain the optical periodicity,but 
also the radio flares behavior which isn¡¯t double structure and simultaneous 
with the optical flares.We propose that OJ287 is a binary pair of supermassive black holes.
